Libyan Conflict

I'm not sure if you've followed the Conflict in Libya BUT if you have... Here are a few things to think about. Gaddafi is not a good leader. In fact he doesn't consider himself a president of the country only someone who the people follow. Without diving into the corrupt politics that are presently in Libya lets consider the politics that will be in 'new' Libya. The United States has only been in the country of Libya for a few years which was not enough time to find any potential successors to the Gaddafi Regime, excluding his family line. Leading from this the United States is not scrambling to find AND evaluate any possible new political leaders within the country. I'm almost certain that every country wants to have there hand in helping to succeed a political power in the richest country in Africa.

Here is the punch line. There is not a certain single figure that would be the leading this political uprising meaning no single sole successor. So what happens to the country if there is not a single political power. I'm not a fan of a leader shooting his own people but what is to come with a divided Libyan Nation and no leader? I also think the the western nations are going to do what is possible to put who they choose in office.
